the idea here is to have a xml dataset pulled directly from the database
like http://overcast.net.au/installations/site4/mapxml_4.0.php
we can display the gps coordinates of the sensor mesh
kml PETRO_ACREAGE_RELEASE_AREAS.kml
one layer isolated and uploaded (seems quite easy and works well)
we can overlay map with pipelines leases etc
